Candlewood Suites Harrisburg-Hershey, an IHG Hotel

I like liked the 1 st room that was assigned for me until I inspected the mattress, the bed was soil with dried blood on the cover sheet and the mattress. When reported this incident to Sarah about the bed her response was I’ve already up graded your room as if she paid for it, Yes I admit she did because booking..com didn’t give me 2 bed as I requested. But that shouldn’t have been her response, my reply to her was I paid for the room and not the service that was rendered. The next day upon my departure Nola P. Inquiring about my stay I told her of what occurred and she gave me a refund an apologies for the inconvenience an poor service that was rendered. She was so pleasant the manager of maintenance also apologize and helped me and my sister loaded up our vehicles. I want to thank them for making my experience good. I will be coming back if the Lord will.

The woman on site was very accommodating. Our suite was very spacious and neat. It included a kitchenette and sitting area. We felt at home while visiting the area. The location was convenient, we were about twenty minutes away from Hershey Park. We just wish the hotel pool would have been open during our visit. Yet, we understand the precautions due to Covid.

I liked where we were during our stay. We were close to shops, restaurants, and less than 30 minutes away from Hershey World and Hershey Park.

Nyla and Alexis were very Professional in their day to day operations.

The night audit that check us in was really nice, we arrived around 11:30pm and she was with a great attitude The room was pretty nice
