my second time staying at the hotel, it has become my home away from home. everything you need is close and convenient. love it

I like liked the 1 st room that was assigned for me until I inspected the mattress, the bed was soil with dried blood on the cover sheet and the mattress. When reported this incident to Sarah about the bed her response was I’ve already up graded your room as if she paid for it, Yes I admit she did because booking..com didn’t give me 2 bed as I requested. But that shouldn’t have been her response, my reply to her was I paid for the room and not the service that was rendered. The next day upon my departure Nola P. Inquiring about my stay I told her of what occurred and she gave me a refund an apologies for the inconvenience an poor service that was rendered. She was so pleasant the manager of maintenance also apologize and helped me and my sister loaded up our vehicles. I want to thank them for making my experience good. I will be coming back if the Lord will.
